- Not having to be reliant on one source means that the company can ride unstable markets, ensuring that customers receive a continuity of supply
- HTSS is able to tap into the mills expertise, allowing it to introduce the latest ‘innovative’ products to yourselves
- Steel mills across the globe are continually inspected and assessed for quality, in person, by a dedicated HTSS purchasing director. Should a customer ever be unhappy with a shipment, HTSS maintains a strict and responsive traceability and replacement protocol.
- As shown above HTSS sources its material from the most reputable producers in Europe. However, the company has set up partnerships with established and emerging mills in Far Eastern Asia, Australia, South Africa and South America to enable HTSS to read the ‘global market’ for guaranteed supply, additional allocations, new products and potential commercial benefits.
