Company Values:

Every HTSS employee is committed to carrying out HTSS’s core values. Those being:

  • Flexibility: HTSS understands the demands placed on manufacturers to deliver on time. As such, it strives to fulfill all customers ‘urgent’ or ‘unexpected’ jobs, shifting its production schedule to accommodate such requirements
  • Innovation: With each salesman in HTSS having an average of over 20 years experience in the steel industry, customers benefit from an ongoing need evaluation. As such, customer stock and storage requirements are constantly reviewed for process improvements. Equally HTSS has formed a solid partnership with the University of Liverpool to introduce best practice techniques.

  • 100% commitment to customer service: HTSS main priority is to provide a quality product consistently and reliably in addition to giving 100% to customer concerns. Despite current economic conditions, cost cutting will never be an option for HTSS as the company believes that such an activity could harm quality and service acceptance levels.
